When you undo an import with the "Bank Transfer" feature enabled, sometimes you run into this error "You can not delete this transaction because it is matched to a transaction that was downloaded into a different account". This is because the transfer from the clearing account into your bank account was already matched, and QuickBooks doesn't let you delete it.

To resolve this, you need to undo the matched bank transaction. Then the undo will go through.

First, go to your bank transactions.

Next, click on "Categorized" and find the matched bank transaction that matches the date and amount of the transfer. Click, "Undo". In this case, it was an eBay payout in the amount of $618.40.

Finally, complete the undo in Klavena.
