How does Klavena categorize the sales data in the settlements?
For sales, we categorize the data into product sales, refunds, shipping, tax, promotions, and other. For expenses, we categorize into fulfillment, commission, storage, and advertisement.
Does Klavena support COGS?
Yes, COGS for inventory items is automatically calculated if you use inventory tracking. QuickBooks Online natively uses FIFO (first-in-first-out) algorithm to calculate the COGS for an inventory item.

Does Klavena do inventory tracking?
Yes, inventory tracking is available in the Professional tier. The inventory tracking feature uses QuickBooks Online's inventory as a source of truth, and it enables automatic calculation of COGS when the sale occurs rather than when the product was sourced.
How many orders can Klavena handle?
Klavena can handle any number of orders per month, from 200/month up to 10,000/month. If you need more, then contact us, and we'll create a custom plan for you.
